Software Update for Palm(R) Treo(TM) 700p Smartphone
**********************************************************************
Palm(R) has posted to the support web site the Treo(TM) 700p 1.10
update for Verizon Wireless smartphones.
The Treo 700p Updater 1.10 installs the latest software on your
smartphone and is available in either a PC desktop or SD installer.
This update has been modified since its original July 12th posting.
This version resolves an intermittent data connectivity issue
experienced after updating your device with the previous version of
the Verizon Treo 700p 1.10 Update. If you have installed the Verizon
Treo 700p Update 1.10 already, you should download and install this
update again.

So i'm all super excited and shit, about getting my fricking update.
But then, I go to the site they mention, and look, there's a verizon wireless button.
But clicking on it gets me the same Damn WE PULLED THE FREAKING UPDATE PAGE I GOT LAST TIME (YOU MUST BURN IN HELL)
WTF!, You send me an e-mail saying an update is available, with a link to the supposed magical update page, and then I get this same old weak ass shit!
I got on the phone with Palm's new MyPalm support personnel, and they told me to call verizon! WTF, Palm Inc sent me the e-mail, not verizon.
So i begged, and pleaded for a way to contact their webmaster, and they basically told me to shove it. And i'm fairly sure the people walking in the marketing photo above are thinking, I wish we could die, so that this horrible saga with a crappy device, and a retarted carrier could end.
